Quality as described, and standing by you while you use it

Before packing, we inspect each item one more time: the right design, the right dimensions, even glaze and even patina, no cracks or breakage, no defects. If the item does not meet the quality as described when you receive it, we will exchange it for another or refund you — we do not just "ship it and be done."

Our commitment is about the correctness and integrity of the product when it reaches you, not a "warranty for so many years" like electronics. Worship goods are handmade, traditional items, so we speak honestly about what we can do, rather than promising an impressive-sounding number.

You may open and inspect the item before paying (for cash-on-delivery orders). It is best to record a short video while unboxing — both for your own peace of mind and to help us resolve things quickly if anything is not right.

If you find that the item was broken in transit, the wrong item was delivered, or there is a product defect, let us know within 3–7 days of receiving it, along with the unboxing video. For cases where the fault is ours, we cover the cost of returning and exchanging the item, and you do not have to pay anything extra.

For items that have already been consecrated for worship, or exchanges due to a change of mind, we kindly cannot accept returns — this is how we preserve the sanctity of sacred items, and we hope you understand this principle.

Manufacturing defects are things that should not be there from the start: cracks, chips, misalignment, glaze blotches, open welds, dimensions that do not match the description. These defects are our responsibility and will be exchanged or resolved.

Wear over time, however, is normal for items used for many years and is not a defect. We make this clear so you do not misunderstand, and so no one worries needlessly as a worship item gradually changes color over the years.

Bronze develops color over time, gradually darkening and taking on a deep tone known as the patina of age. This is a natural characteristic of bronze; many people even cherish it for the antique, warm feeling it gives. If you want it bright again, simply wipe it with a soft dry cloth; if you want more shine, gently polish it with a solution made for bronze — we are happy to guide you on the right way so as not to scratch the surface.

Wooden items (jackfruit, rosewood, fragrant wood) are carefully treated before packing. You should place them in a dry, airy spot, avoiding damp walls or direct harsh sunlight; dust them with a slightly damp soft cloth, then wipe dry. Real wood may expand and contract slightly with the weather, and the grain differs from one board to another — that is the distinctive trait of natural wood, not a flaw.

Ceramic items are thoroughly fired, so they hold their color and keep a stable glaze. When cleaning, use a soft cloth, avoid hard impacts, and avoid scrubbing with hard objects that could scratch the glaze. For ceramic, bronze, and statues, we box and cushion them carefully to minimize risks on the road.

The purchase is not the end. During use, if you need to know how to clean, re-polish bronze, or care for wood and ceramic so they stay beautiful and durable, just message us — our family gives honest advice, with no embellishment.
