Q & A

Frequently asked questions

The things you often wonder about when buying altar goods — answered clearly. If you don't see your question, just message us on Zalo and our family will reply right away.

Materials & durability

What kind of bronze are your bronze items made of?
We favor solidly cast bronze with crisp detailing, and we state the type of bronze for each piece in its description. It is normal for bronze to take on a patina over time — this is not a fault, and it can be polished again.
What wood are your wooden items made of, and will they warp?
Depending on the product, we state the type of wood (such as jackfruit, rosewood, or fragrant rosewood). The wood is thoroughly treated before assembly; if you want to be sure, just ask and we will tell you honestly about each piece.
Do incense bowls and porcelain hold their color well?
We choose ceramics and porcelain with a beautiful glaze, properly fired, that lasts well over time. Each piece clearly states its material, for your peace of mind.
Do the photos on the website match the actual product?
Yes — in design, carving patterns and proportions. Photos are post-processed to show details clearly, and the dimensions and materials in the description are what your order is based on. With handcrafted pieces such as hand-painted statues or carved cabinets, two items of the same model naturally differ slightly in wood grain or brush strokes. For altar cabinets and high-value items, we send photos of the exact piece you will receive for your approval before delivery; for anything else, just message us on Zalo for real photos.

Altar-goods sizing

How do I know whether a piece will fit my family altar?
Every product states its true dimensions (height, width, depth). Where available, tap “Preview” and try it in your space on your phone to see exactly how it compares to your altar — no guessing from photos.
Are your altar goods properly sized?
We choose each piece's size to be balanced, to suit your altar, and auspicious — picked with care, never at random. We're happy to explain the reasoning whenever you ask.
My altar is about 1m53 long — what size worship set should I choose?
The right size for the incense burner and incense bowl depends on the length and depth of your altar, for proper balance. Send us your altar's measurements and we will suggest a set that fits and is well-proportioned for your altar.

Shipping & packing

Will fragile items like porcelain, statues, and bronze burners survive a long delivery?
Fragile items are carefully cushioned and packed in sturdy boxes before sending. For valuable or bulky pieces, we use specialized packing for the long journey.
How long until I receive my order?
Within the city usually takes 1–3 days; remote provinces around 3–7 days depending on the route. Large orders go by dedicated freight, and we will give you a specific timeframe when we confirm.
How is the shipping fee calculated?
Eligible orders ship free within Ho Chi Minh City and neighbouring provinces. For distant provinces we cover part of the shipping fee; any remainder is stated clearly before we send. Bulky items (large altars and altar cabinets) need dedicated transport — charged at actual cost and confirmed before you decide. Nothing slipped in, nothing added on delivery.

Receiving & handling breakage

What should I check when receiving my order?
Open the package and check the design, dimensions, and condition before paying (with COD). We recommend filming the unboxing so both sides can rest easy.
What if an item breaks or is dented in transit?
Let us know within 3–7 days along with the unboxing video. If it breaks or is faulty due to transit or the wrong item being sent, we will send a replacement or refund you — you will not be left out of pocket.

Exchanges & quality assurance

If I'm not happy with my purchase, can I exchange it?
Ancestral-worship goods are spiritual items, so we cannot accept returns of pieces already used in worship, or exchanges due to a change of mind. In cases of breakage in transit, the wrong design delivered, or a product fault, an exchange or replacement is available (with an unboxing video).
Do you offer support for bronze and wooden items later on?
Yes. We support you throughout use — for example, advising on how to clean and polish bronze. For the specifics of any given product, just ask and we will explain clearly.

Feng shui & arrangement

What does a complete worship set include?
Depending on the altar, it usually includes an incense bowl, an incense burner, a pair of cranes, a pair of candlesticks, a flower vase, an offering tray, a set of worship cups, and more. The 3-piece and 5-piece sets (Tam sự / Ngũ sự) are named for the number of main pieces. Message us and we will suggest a set that suits your family altar.
How should the incense burner, cranes, and candlesticks be arranged correctly?
The general principle is balance and symmetry on both sides: the incense burner in the center, with the pair of cranes and pair of candlesticks on either side. If you are unsure, preview each piece in your space and check the balance before deciding, or message us for guidance.

Ordering & payment

How do I place an order and pay?
You can order through the website, by phone, or on Zalo. Pay by COD (pay on delivery) or bank transfer; custom-made items require a 30% deposit. See the details on our How to Order page.
I don't know what to choose — can you help me?
Of course. Just message us on Zalo or call, and tell us about your altar and your home's space — our family will advise you warmly, with no obligation to buy.
