Shipping and Delivery Policy

We deliver worship goods to every province and city across the country. Wherever you are, we will find a way to get your order to your door.

If it is convenient, you are welcome to visit our store in person to view and pick up your order. Otherwise, online orders are sent through the carrier best suited to each item.

We offer free delivery within Ho Chi Minh City and some nearby provinces for eligible orders. For distant provinces, we cover part of the fee; the remainder (if any) is clearly quoted before we ship so that you can decide.

Every fee is communicated before your order leaves the store. When you receive it, you pay only the agreed amount, with no other charges added.

Small orders in nearby areas may carry a nominal shipping fee that is waived above a certain order value — the exact figure always appears right at the checkout step so you know it in advance.

Ceramic items, bronze items, and statues are all carefully cushioned and boxed securely to minimize impact during transit.

For fragile items, we declare their value so they are insured for the entire journey. If something does go wrong, you will not bear the loss alone.

We call to confirm every order before sending it out: the right item, the right address, and the right recipient. This is a step we never skip, so as to avoid unfortunate mix-ups.

It also gives you a chance to ask anything you are still unsure about before the order is on its way.

Small and medium items are sent via Viettel Post, Vietnam Post, or GHN. Typically, in-city orders arrive within 1–3 days, and distant provinces within 3–7 days depending on the route.

On special routes or during peak periods, times may shift slightly, and we will let you know the specifics during the order confirmation call.

Altar tables, altar cabinets, and other large items are carried by dedicated trucks. The fee is calculated based on the actual situation depending on the address, whether there is an elevator or items must be carried up by hand, and it is always quoted before you decide.

To give you a sense of it, here are reference fee ranges for bulky items: within Ho Chi Minh City and Hanoi, around 500,000–800,000đ; central Vietnam, around 1,000,000–1,500,000đ; distant provinces, around 1,500,000–2,000,000đ.

These are reference figures only. The exact fee depends on the specific address, the floor, and whether there is an elevator, and we will state it clearly during the order confirmation call.
